Level Infinite Prepares Release of Open-World Survival Game 'Undawn' for Summer 2023
This information was conveyed directly by the game's Japanese Twitter account which announced the postponement was confirmed for release this summer. In addition, Undawn Japan will also carry out a closed beta test on March 30. Summer 2023 means Undawn is confirmed for release in mid-June. Of course the announcement of this release is quite a hot topic in Japan, considering that the game doesn't publish too much information about the game.
For those who are unfamiliar, Undawn is an open world zombie survival game developed by Lightspeed Studios and published by Level Infinite. The game is planned to be released on the mobile platform and is free-to-play with in-game monetization. Initially, this game was scheduled to be released in 2021, but due to problems, the game was postponed until the summer of 2023. For the Southeast Asian region, Garena is confirmed to be the publisher of the game.
As mentioned above, Undawn is confirmed for a summer release this year at least in Japan. But considering the great enthusiasm of the game for the Japan and China regions, it is possible that Level Infinite will open its game to the world. Meanwhile, the closed beta test of the game will be held on March 30 for the Japan region
